TLOP is a comprehensive nutrition & fat loss course. This includes 39 videos across 7 modules, covering all aspects of how to sustainably lose weight, with additional guest videos from a variety of healthcare professionals. New videos will also be added over time to increase your knowledge base and aid adherence.

The videos are around 2-10 minutes each. We have condensed it down so you will learn everything you need to know without watching someone drone on for hours on end.

The content is hosted on an app/website called Teachable. This is free and will enable you to easily access the content on your web browser via whatever device you choose. If you are on IOS you can also view the content through the Teachable app on your phone.
