  • WHAT DOES THE LEAN OUT PROJECT ENTAIL?
    TLOP is a comprehensive nutrition & fat loss course. This includes 37 videos across 7 modules, covering all aspects of how to sustainably lose weight, with additional guest videos from a variety of healthcare professionals. New videos will also be added over time to increase your knowledge base and aid adherence.
  • HOW LONG ARE THE COURSE VIDEOS?
    The videos are around 2-10 minutes each. We have condensed it down so you will learn everything you need to know without watching someone drone on for hours on end.
  • WHERE IS IT HOSTED?
    The content is hosted on an app/website called Teachable. This is free and will enable you to easily access the content on your web browser via whatever device you choose. If you are on IOS you can also view the content through the Teachable app on your phone.
  • WHAT DO I GET AS PART OF THE COMMUNITY?
    1) You will get access to us and be able to ask questions with a guarantee that you will get a response. 2) Support and accountability from other members and ourselves. 3) Special discounts and early access on not only our own products, but the products of those we do collabs with.
  • WHAT DISCOUNTS DO I GET AS A MEMBER?
    You will get exclusive discounts to some of our own products as well as products that our guest speakers have to offer. For example, training plans, recipe books, and coaching services!

    Absolutely. We will support you no matter what your goals are. However, the course content is centred around weight loss.
  • CAN I WORK THROUGH THE COURSE CONTENT AT MY OWN PACE?
    Of course! Once you have access to the content, you can go at whatever pace you feel comfortable with. Feel free to check in with us in the group to let us know how you’re getting on.
  • HOW DO I SIGN UP TOTHE COMMUNITY?
    Once you join TLOP there are links within the course on Teachable, including in the introduction. From there you can request access to the Facebook group.
  • HOW LONG DO I GET ACCESS TO THE COURSE FOR?
    FOREVER. You will gain lifetime access and therefore benefit from any new content that we add over time.

Luke is a personal trainer with 10 years experience helping people transform their bodies and minds. He has a degree in Sport & Exercise Science (BSc), multiple nutrition certifications, and has just completed his MSc in Obesity & Clinical Nutrition.

Dr Idz is a Medical Doctor in the UK. He also has a Masters degree in Nutritional Research (MRes) and is board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine. He has also been personal training for almost 10 years and has helped many patients and clients improve their health.
